4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders placed at incorrect prices

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

If payment fails or is flagged for fraud review, the order may be cancelled.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Order confirmation emails do not constitute final acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to stock errors

  • Refuse bulk or suspicious orders

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Incorrect address details

  • Force majeure events

Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Orders may be shipped from the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

For customers located outside the UAE, including within the European Union:

Orders may be subject to:

  • Import VAT

  • Customs duties

  • Clearance fees

  • Local taxes

  • Carrier handling charges

These charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities and are not controlled by NOVEINO LTD.

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Payment of import VAT and duties

  • Compliance with local import regulations

  • Any additional charges imposed upon delivery

NOVEINO LTD is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Refused shipments due to unpaid duties

  • Seized goods

  • Additional government or courier fees

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs penalties

  • Carrier handling fees

will be deducted from any eligible refund.

If the parcel is destroyed or not returned by customs authorities, no refund will be issued.

By placing an order, you accept responsibility for any applicable import taxes and duties.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Key points:

For fragrances:

  • Opened or unsealed perfumes are non-returnable due to hygiene regulations under EU law.

For clothing:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags.

Customers must obtain written return authorization before sending items back.

9. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACKS

We actively monitor transactions to prevent fraud.

We reserve the right to:

  • Conduct identity verification

  • Request additional documentation

  • Refuse suspicious transactions

  • Submit transaction evidence in response to disputes

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact info@noveino.com before initiating a chargeback.

Abuse of chargeback procedures may result in:

  • Permanent account restriction

  • Refusal of future orders

  • Reporting to payment processors

  • Legal recovery actions where applicable

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content including:

  • Trademarks

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Product designs

  • Images

  • Text

  • Graphics

is the property of NOVEINO LTD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
