NOVEINO – SHIPPING POLICY

At NOVEINO, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely using trusted international carriers.


1. SHIPPING ORIGIN

Orders are shipped from the United Arab Emirates (UAE).


2. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use international express carriers including:

  • UPS

  • DHL Express

  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and operational availability.


3. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.


4. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


5. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

As orders are shipped from the UAE, international shipments (including European Union destinations) may be subject to:

  • Import VAT

  • Customs duties

  • Clearance fees

  • Local taxes

  • Carrier handling charges

These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Payment of import taxes and duties

  • Compliance with local import regulations

NOVEINO LTD is not responsible for:

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Additional fees imposed upon delivery

  • Refused shipments due to unpaid duties

  • Seized or delayed goods due to local regulations

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs penalties

  • Carrier fees

will be deducted from any eligible refund.

If the parcel is not returned to us or is destroyed by customs authorities, no refund will be issued.


6. TRACKING

All orders are shipped with tracking.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability for delivery.

If a delivery attempt fails due to absence or incorrect address, additional charges may apply.


7. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & LIABILITY

Once tracking confirms delivery:

  • Risk transfers to the customer.

  • NOVEINO LTD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If you believe your parcel was delivered incorrectly, you must contact the courier directly.

We may assist in filing a carrier claim, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.


8. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


9. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in claim denial.


10. REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is:

  • Refused by the customer

  • Not collected

  • Abandoned at customs

Any refund will be subject to:

  • Deduction of return shipping costs

  • Deduction of customs fees

  • Deduction of handling charges

In some cases, no refund may be possible if the parcel is destroyed or not returned.
